REVEALING HEAVEN: The Christian Case for Near-Death Experiences
St. John’s Cathedral presents a workshop and lecture on April 13 with Fr. John W. Price, author of a new book, Revealing Heaven: The Christian Case for Near-Death Experiences. Fr. Price, an Episcopal priest and member of the Near-Death Experience Research Foundation, offers a pastoral perspective on near-death experiences, illustrating how NDEs can be used as both a ministry tool and a catalyst for personal spiritual development, and explaining why we should see them as gifts from God. The workshop will be Saturday, April 13, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Cost is $10 and includes a light breakfast. RSVP here. Fr. Price will also present a free lecture and booksigning at 4 p.m. at the Cathedral on April 13, and preach at all services the next morning. All are welcome.
