Book Study: With Gladness

For more than a decade, Episcopal priest Christopher Martin has studied and explored the question: How can we love and serve God with gladness and singleness of heart? Building upon a renewal movement he founded within the church called The Restoration Project, Martin has crafted a series of gentle practices to help us embrace a new and ancient way of being a Christian in the world, body and soul. Throughout Lent, we will “read, mark, learn and inwardly digest” his book With Gladness: Answering God’s Call in our Everyday Lives. This course will have seven sessions, covering one chapter each session. Martin's book is available in the Cathedral Bookstore.

We appreciate your flower donations. Make a gift in memory of a loved one or in celebration of a person, an event or a milestone. Until it is safe to return to a full in-person worship schedule, we will be placing floral arrangements at the altar on Wednesday evening for the recording of the Virtual Service and on Sunday morning for the Social Distance services. Simple bouquets can be arranged using flowers from your garden or bought in the grocery store. Contact Teresa Mason to participate.
