Education for Ministry

Education for Ministry (EfM) is a four-year program of study and reflection for lay Christian formation structured by the University of the South School of Theology.

It helps you encounter the breadth and depth of the Christian tradition. You’ll bring this knowledge into your conversations as you study, worship, and engage in theological reflection in a small group.

Every baptized person is called to ministry. For thousands of people, completing the EfM program has given them the confidence to claim and express their ministry wherever they are, whomever they’re with, at whatever place in life they’re at right now. Could this be for you?
