Dean Kate Carroll welcomes Dr. Julie Newton to our Dean’s Forum. Dr. Newton is a Research Fellow at St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford. She specializes in Russian foreign policy and relations among Russia, the US, and the EU. She also leads a Carnegie-funded initiative that connects scholars across the US, UK, EU, Ukraine, and Russia.
Dean Kate will talk with Dr. Newton about her work and what it can teach us about people whose views differ from our own. Afterward, we’ll open the floor for conversation together.
