Are you ready to feel better, live with purpose, and take charge of your health? Introduction to Wellbeing is a free 6-session program designed to help you explore what truly matters to you—and take practical steps toward greater balance, resilience, and joy.
In this supportive group setting, you will:

- Learn tools to manage stress and stay grounded
- Practice mindful awareness
- Set goals that align with your values
- Build meaningful connections with others
